Ingredients Serves 4 4 boneless chicken breast, halves 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (calls for mayo but I always sub yogurt) 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated... 1 1⁄2 tsp seasoning salt (I add a dash of pink Himalayan) 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground 1 tsp garlic powder Directions Mix yogurt, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh steamed veggies
